A Better Way to Keep Maintenance Moving

Our role in the logistics pipeline is clear: make maintenance easier to carry out.

Safety is built into the design of our maintenance stands. We then look at how crews and technicians get the job done: where they stand, how they reach the asset and how they move tools and parts to the work area.

Our engineering and design team works with your people to understand the task, working heights, clearances and handling requirements. We then select an off-the-shelf platform, configure an established system or develop a custom design around those needs.

That approach is built into EasyRaise, which provides different working heights from one mobile platform, and BridgeDeck, which connects maintenance platforms into a continuous working area. The focus is practical: fewer unnecessary setup steps, less repositioning and better access for repeated tasks.

We stand behind the equipment we design and manufacture. Our team remains a point of contact for product information, parts inquiries and technical input when requirements change.

A Better Way

In-house design and production, supported by independent certification, provide a practical route from requirement to delivered system.

A technical and design workshop helps turn the scoped maintenance need into a clear solution and proposal.

More Than a Decade Supporting Australian Defence

SafeSmart has worked with the Department of Defence and prime contractors for more than 10 years, supporting access requirements across acquisition, upgrade and sustainment programs.

Our experience includes work involving the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG) and Systems Program Offices (SPOs), alongside base teams, aviation commands and operational units.

That experience shapes how we work. We involve the people who use, assess and approve the equipment, develop the access arrangement around the task, and provide the agreed drawings and product information for review. Manufacturing and delivery follow the agreed scope, with manufacturer support available as requirements change.
